SHIPPING & PREORDERS

Preorder processing
SHINOVO is currently accepting preorders. Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for your order to be prepared before shipment. This processing period is separate from carrier transit time.

U.S. shipping
Standard shipping is $8. Orders of $20 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping is available for $15. Estimated transit times shown at checkout begin after your order has been dispatched.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

International shipping
International availability and shipping costs vary by destination. Contact shopshinovo@gmail.com before ordering if your country is not available at checkout. Buyers are responsible for applicable shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes.
